Delivery Policy

All items are shipped on our standard delivery service which is 3 business days. You can also choose to upgrade your delivery at the checkout stage to ‘Express Delivery’ which is 1-2 business days.

Once we have dispatched your order you will receive shipping email confirmation, so you know your order is on its way. The shipping email will contain all shipping information so you can keep track of your order. If no one’s at home and we are unable to deliver your item, you will be left a calling card and you will be able to arrange re-delivery or collection from your local depot.

Standard Delivery Service

All orders purchased Monday to Friday will be dispatched within 24 hours on our standard delivery service which is 3 business days.


Express Delivery Service 

All orders purchased Monday to Friday will be dispatched within 24 hours for our express delivery service. Any items purchased after 08:00 EST Friday will be shipped on Monday. We do not currently dispatch orders over the weekend. 


International Orders

International orders can be processed online and paid with Visa, MasterCard, or American Express. International shipping charges will be calculated during checkout.

International orders outside of the United States may be subject to customs duty and tax regulations specified by the designated country and are the sole responsibility of the customer. You may contact your local customs office for details. 


National Holiday Deliveries 

WatchPilot and our delivery partners do not operate during National Holidays. We are unable to dispatch or deliver items purchased during this period. We ask you to allow extra time for delivery when placing your order around National Holidays. Our normal services resume the next working day. Important Notice: National Holidays or any other Public Holidays will override any express service you have paid for during checkout. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Lost Packages

For peace of mind all our orders are dispatched using a secure tracked and signed for service with the correct insurance cover for losses or any damages. On rare occasions we may experience losses whilst in transit.  Please get in touch with our customer service team if you think this may be the case with your order and we will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. We will endeavour to replace or refund orders lost in transit however once courier tracking confirmation is received of an order being delivered and signed for at the delivery address our liability ceases.
