BRAND INFORMATION
The brand’s history began in 1937, when the Lammfromm family fled from Nazi Germany and settled in Portland, Oregon. They purchased a small hat manufacturer, naming it the Columbia Hat Company. The company was eventually passed down to Neal Boyle, the husband of Gert Boyle who’s father it was who started the company. Gert Boyle eventually assumed control of the company in 1970, following Neal Boyle’s sudden passing. She soon earned herself a reputation as the ‘Tough Mother’ of the company due to the high standards to which she held herself and others. These standards still guide the company today. Columbia is a brand that is passionate about the outdoors and they seek to provide outdoors adventurers with the best quality gear on the market.

There is now no need to worry about returning unwanted Christmas gifts! If you are unhappy with your purchase for whatever reason or have simply changed your mind we are now offering extended Christmas returns up until 14 January 2021. Standard Delivery Service
All orders purchased Monday to Friday will be dispatched within 24 hours on our ‘Standard Delivery’ service which is 3 working days. Any items purchased after 08:00 EST Friday will be shipped on Monday. We do not currently dispatch orders over the weekend.
Orders over $65 qualify for our free delivery service, postage is charged at $4.95 for orders less than $65 in value.
Express Delivery Service
All orders purchased Monday to Friday will be dispatched within 24 hours for our ‘Express Delivery’ service which is 1-2 working days. Any items purchased after 08:00 EST Friday will be shipped on Monday. We do not currently dispatch orders over the weekend.
Bank Holiday Deliveries And Public Holidays
Watch Pilot and our delivery partners do not operate during Bank Holidays or any other Public Holidays. We are unable to dispatch or deliver items purchased during this period. We ask you to allow extra time for delivery when placing your order around Bank Holidays and other Public Holidays. Our normal services resume the next working day. Important Notice: Bank Holidays and any other Public Holidays will override any express service you have paid for during checkout. International Delivery
International orders can be processed online and paid with Visa, MasterCard, or American Express. International shipping charges will be calculated during checkout.
