Delivery & Returns
Standard Delivery Service
All orders purchased Monday to Friday will be dispatched within 24 hours on our ‘Standard Delivery’ service which is 3 working days.* Any items purchased after 08:00 EST Friday will be shipped on Monday. We do not currently dispatch orders over the weekend.
Orders over $65 qualify for our free delivery service, postage is charged at $4.95 for orders less than $65 in value.
Express Delivery Service
All orders purchased Monday to Friday will be dispatched within 24 hours for our ‘Express Delivery’ service which is 1-2 working days. Any items purchased after 08:00 EST Friday will be shipped on Monday. We do not currently dispatch orders over the weekend.
Bank Holiday Deliveries And Public Holidays
Watch Pilot and our delivery partners do not operate during Bank Holidays or any other Public Holidays. We are unable to dispatch or deliver items purchased during this period.
